Wick should be trimmed to 1/4" above the top of the solid wax before lighting
The first burn should last 3 - 4 hours allowing the melt pool (melted wax) to reach the edge of the candle and about 1" deep before extinguishing... THE MEMORY BURN
Cease candle burning once there is about 1/4" of the candle remaining when solid; use a candle warmer to continue enjoying the fragrance
